Testing Watermarks

So I figured it out. I tried last night at midnight and got totally irritated with Photoshop so I said, to no-one in particular, "This ain't workin' so I'm going to bed."

So with a little bit of sleep and a calmer spirit, and a shot of Diet Coke, I tackled it and I think I got it. What, you ask? How to add a watermark to my photos so no-one 'steals' them, I reply. I'm not sure who I'm thinking will 'steal' my photos, and I'm not sure why they would steal them in the first place. I mean, can't we all just get along, people?

Anyway, I learned a new skill today {on a Friday no less} and that feels good. Thought I'd try it out to see if it actually worked. I have yet to figure out how to make my watermark smaller but I've had about enough Photoshop for one day.

So here's the picture without the watermark.

And with my fancy-dancy www.waterstreetdreams.com watermark...

Who says you can't learn Photoshop? One skill at a time is my motto.

If you're looking to learn this skill there's a GREAT tutorial at Kristen Duke's photography. This will take you right to it. Whew, what a life-saver this was. I don't even know Kristen but she's my new bff. And while you're at it, check out her site because she seems so very, very groovy.
